All equipment, materials, and accessories, are shipped new, and in perfect condition, and inspected by the shipping company for any damages. If your equipment arrives damaged or with any other problems a claim must be filed with the shipping company to resolve any issues. Please contact us as well, we can assist you with your claim, but we assume no responsibilities for any damage.
