Equipment
- It's just better:
Started making equipment in the 1920's. They manufacture their
own equipment. ISO9002 approved. Energy Star Labeled. Relax,
it's - and they mean that.
Only the best: Stainless steel
heat exchanger in all their furnaces. Durable scroll compressors
in all their air conditioners and heat pumps. Steel louvered
jacket around outdoor units for protection. Outdoor components
in a back sealed chamber, not exposed to elements. Just so you
can have longer lasting equipment with less chance of downtime
and they can keep their high quality reputation.

Frequently Asked Questions.
Q - Where are
the commonly matched up forced air furnace and air conditioning
systems? A - It is not possible to have a commonly matched
up furnace and a/c system. All homes and businesses are different.
Once you have sized your equipment choose each piece, put it
in your shopping cart, then move onto the next piece.
Ex: Choose which furnace is right
for your home or office and put it in your shopping cart. Continue
shopping and choose which air conditioning is right for your
home than put that in your shopping cart. Continue shopping
for install materials and other accessories or go to check out.
Q - What does SEER mean? A - Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating - this is how much
it wll cost you to run your air conditioning or heat pump system.
AFUE - for furnaces. SEER - for air conditioners. HSPF - for
heating side of heat pumps. *Remember this - the higher the
number the less it will cost you to run the product.
We have put comparison charts in each
section to help you decide which ones will be best for you.
Ex: Go to air conditioning and
select 10 SEER versus 13 SEER. Follow chart to get your comparisons
savings, then decide the savings by the cost difference in the
equipment to see if it is worth purchasing higher efficient
equipment.
Q - When is freon (R22) not going
to be available? A - In the year 2010 new equipment must be made with
refrigerant other than freon (R22), but freon (R22) can be made
until year 2020, after that we can only use what is in circulation.
For complete information on refrigerants go to EPA.gov.
Q - How does the equipment get
to my home or office? A - It is shipped to your home or office on a gate lift
truck right to your door by Watkins Motor Line.
Q - Do I need anything else to
install my system? A - We have put together install packages that come with
almost everything you need to completely install your system.
Some miscellaneous materials can be purchased at local hardware
stores.
